Eventory is an independent event-planning studio. We publish ideas and practical guides, build free planning tools, create ready-to-use planning kits — and now design the creatives and videos that help brands stand out.
Why Eventory exists
Beautiful ideas are everywhere. Usable starting points are not.
“What does it roughly cost, how many guests fit, and what needs doing when?”
Most people planning a wedding, a birthday or a baby shower are doing it once, themselves, with no prior experience and a fixed budget. There is no shortage of pretty pictures online — but there is a shortage of practical answers.
That gap is why we started Eventory. We gather and organise ideas — décor, colour palettes, venue styles, table settings, entertainment — and pair them with the information you actually need to make decisions: realistic price ranges, questions to ask vendors, and timelines that keep you on track.
Along the way, we learned how much good visuals matter. The same eye we use to curate event inspiration now goes into designing product visuals, ad creatives and short-form videos for brands — our newest service.

Our inspiration comes from design publications, social platforms, vendor portfolios and seasonal trends. Articles are produced through research and AI-assisted drafting, then reviewed by a person before publishing. We draw on published vendor pricing, industry sources, manufacturer specifications and aggregated customer feedback.
We do not conduct hands-on product or venue testing, and we do not claim to. When you see a figure on this site, it comes from published sources rather than our own measurements. Where sources disagree, we give a range and say so. Pages are updated as prices and trends change.
Spotted something inaccurate or out of date? Please tell us — corrections are welcome and we act on them.
